How the contact form works
The contact form on this website does not store your information on the website. When you press send, it opens your own email app with your message addressed to glow@glowhawaii.com, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. Your message then arrives in my email inbox, just like any other email.
How I use your information
I use your information to:
- Respond to your messages and enquiries
- Schedule and provide Clarity Sessions, coaching, experiences, workshops and other services you request
- Manage speaking engagement and media requests
- Keep the website secure and working well
- Meet legal or regulatory obligations where required
Marketing communications
I will only send you newsletters or marketing emails if you have given your consent. If I add a newsletter in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting me directly.

I use a small number of trusted providers to run my business: website hosting (Cloudflare) and my business email provider. They process personal information only as needed to provide their services.
This website links to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Skool (the Aloha Chef Ohana community) and Amazon. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are hosted on this website rather than loaded from third parties. If this changes, I will ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies on your device, where required by law.

I am based in Hawaiʻi, United States, and I welcome clients and audiences from around the world. If you contact me from outside the United States, including from the European Union or United Kingdom, your information will be processed in the United States and by the service providers listed above.
